About Kelly
Kelly Mogilefsky is an Independent Educational Consultant (IEC) and high school English teacher with experience as an administrator and college preparation program coordinator. She has a college counseling certificate from UCLA and was recently named teacher of the year for Tri-Valley ROP. She has current experience with UC/CSU, out-of-state, and transfer admissions.
Kelly is interested in supporting all families who are navigating the increasingly complicated college admissions process. With packages to serve a variety of needs, Kelly hopes to increase the number of Castro Valley and surrounding area students who find the best college to fit their needs.
